Jared Lee Loughner

Loughner was a troubled young man and we might not know why Jared lee loughner did what he did but insanity plea wont work for loughner because ( not being judmental) but by the look of the picture were his head is shaved and his smiling, it gives me a feeling that he knew what he did, and he knew it was wrong. yes he might have had all sorts of problems and a mental illness and whatnot, to me that doesnt give a person the right to go around and kill people, and specially if it was planned. Lets say loughner perhaps didnt know what he was doing wwas wrong, but someone had to teach him wrong from right. He shot those people in the head, he has no excuse, he knew he was killing. Having all those problems in his life doesnt gives him a motive to go and kill, therfore the plea for insanity wont work, there are plenty of reasons to shut that down. There are 15 psychiatrists that say yes he did know what he was doing and 15 others that say no he didnt know what he was doing. his past gives us many reasons to think that he knew what he was doing. Loughner thinking that the government had something to do with 9/11 doesnt necessaraly give hiim the right to go and shoot people. I feel like his surroundings had a major part in his life and that should of tought him right from wrong but we can also tell that Loughner was bright, but in his own way. He had a different view of the world. He confessed that he is a conscious dreamer and maybe he put into actions his dreams and perhaps thought that he was solving the prolem by doing that. or maybe like it says he just didn't like the answer that gifford gave him and decided to kill him. either way we wont know why Jared did what he did, but he should not be sentence less if he pleas insanity because who knows, he might do it again just like any other criminal, there is always a chance.
