I, Ayn Rand, Will Tell You The Truth!

After being awoken from the dead I would just like to take a deep breathe to take everything in. So much has happened since my time and it’s a lot to swallow at once. I would firstly like to address the welfare system your current president, Barack Obama, has created. I see what a mess of an economy you have. What happened and who is to blame?? Trillions of dollars in wealth is going somewhere. Some sources tell me it’s going towards home foreclosures and those darn greedy CEO’s on Wall Street. Those must be part of the problem, but I have another idea for you. Maybe the greater issue is your leaders stance on welfare spending. From what I’ve learned the market is looking into the future at some pretty dismal circumstances. You are looking at high unemployment and massive inflation. So naturally the next step Obama sees fit is to raise taxes and move money from the rich to the poor. Nooooo! I’m telling you the truth!! Transfers of wealth are only going to hurt the economy. If this is the future than why not just sit back and let other people work hard and take risks and I’ll just keep receiving the money. There is an absurd plan for the treasury to write checks to people who do not pay any income tax. So the people that don’t pay anything are receiving money? For what?! Are they putting any effort into working for themselves? Obama says that he wants to cut taxes for 95% of working families. That’s not true. There was an increase from 407 billion to 1 trillion in tax credit…aka welfare checks! I think it’s time for the big government to stop spying on Americans! I think it’s time for the big government to stop taking money from the working class to bail out big corporations! I think it’s time for the big government who are representatives of the people to stop representing everyone but the people! Enough with this! It’s time to reintroduce the importance of individual rights. Let us take the sides of spokesmen such as Glenn Beck and Sarah Palin and drive into the future!

  1. Ms.Rand, I, Hayek, completely agree with you about this issue where the government intruding too much into individual rights. As I predicted in my prime of time that we are moving toward German's way, we actually are becoming more and more like Germans. Instead of fixing the economy, the government take money from the rich to give to the poor, now soon the rich will be poor while the poor won't want to work anymore. Yes, why working when you have money for free. And the end result, America will soon be in debt. The only way to “fix” this problem is to completely shut down the government or if the government is to stay, it should not interfere too much with individual rights.
